The breakfast was varied and satisfactory with good quality food, the best I had in Mechelen. The location was marvellous - adjacent to the Lamot center, all the lovely cafes, shops, and grocery store.

All in all, it's pleasant place that has very friendly staff in the late shift.

Really enjoyed our reasonably large and soundproof room with comfortable bed and the functional-style building. The location was ideal and fantastic, you can visit Fish Market by walking.

Some of the staff were distracted.

Excellent modern accommodation with very amiable staff in the late shift. Central location, within a close distance from a recognized museum. Set very close to centrum, and the "Grote Market " or center in the extra comfy area. Lots of good food.

The location was great and best possible - ease of access to Fish Market. They offered soundproof and modern rooms with shower and bathrooms with bath tub.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with the city center and central square just a short walk away. We were impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided by this hotel. The spacious room was well equipped with amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and a comfortable sofa. The separate toilet and shower area was a convenient feature. The cleaning service was top-notch, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome bottle of water in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out later without any extra charge. the level of service provided was exceptional.

It was central and easy walking distance from the town. The facilities were good, including coffe and tea making facilities and a choice of bath and shower in the room. Also, as it is a modern hotel, there is a lift, so no walking up and down stairs with luggage. Check-in and check-out were easy and no problem with the booking.

Not really a first choice for a city break/holiday as it is more for business than a hotel with a lot of character, but the other side of that is that it has the facilities. In common with many hotels, they need more or bigger pillows. I don't know why hotels are so mean with pillows and it makes a big difference to the comfort. (A word about Mechelen is that it has a lot going for it, but its attractions are a bit spolied by the roadworks and is a bit scruffy around the edges - but that's not the hotel's fault.)

Gorgeous place to stay 1 km away from a Belgian metropolitan archiepiscopal cathedral. Very good building and spotless and soundproof rooms with comfortable bed. Honestly nothing to complain about.

It wasn't clear what was available for breakfast on the two price tarriffs i.e. full versus continental. The process for registering and then being charged for breakfast was not clear.

Great breakfast selection. Convenient location near city center and train station. Separate toilet. Lovely and well-maintained room. Close to restaurants and attractions. Easy parking at Lamot Carpark. Helpful staff.

Everything was fantastic.

It is a very comfortable hotel, very well situated, I recommend it to every body.
